Click the button above to securely upload your invoice details to us. If you are able to download invoice details directly from your accounting software to a spreadsheet, you may upload that but please ensure that it contains the following fields:

  • Company name
  • Address (inc. post code etc)
  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Invoice number
  • Invoice amount
  • Date issued
  • Due date / payment terms
  • Date paid

If you wish to add the details manually to a spreadsheet, please use our standard template. This will be attached to your Welcome Pack which you will receive once you complete the Claim Authorisation Form.
